Kyle is an award-winning MLB writer and reporter who has covered baseball for nearly 15 years, including the last 10 as a National MLB Writer. He has worked for MLB.com, Baseball America, the Orange County Register and Riverside Press-Enterprise and has also written for the Associated Press and NBC Sports.

Kyle has covered eight World Series, seven All-Star Games and two World Baseball Classics and appears regularly as an analyst on television and radio networks worldwide, including
MLB Network, FanDuel Sports Network, CBS Sports Radio Network and SiriusXM Mad Dog Sports Radio Network. He has conducted exclusive interviews with many of baseball's biggest stars, including Shohei Ohtani, Aaron Judge, Julio Rodriguez, Ronald Acuña Jr., Mike Trout and Fernando Tatis Jr., and is a noted expert in baseball scouting, player development, strategy and roster analysis.

Kyle and his work have been cited by ESPN, The Athletic, Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, Boston Globe, San Francisco Chronicle, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Denver Post, Seattle Times and San Diego Union-Tribune, among other outlets. He is a member of the Baseball Writers' Association of America and a Baseball Hall of Fame voter.

Kyle received his bachelor's degree from Arizona State and is completing his MBA at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business. He lives in suburban Los Angeles with his wife, daughter and two dogs.
