Kyle is an award-winning MLB reporter and writer who has covered baseball at all levels for more than a decade. He has worked for Baseball America, The Orange County Register, Riverside Press-Enterprise and Victorville Daily Press and has also written for MLB.com, The Associated Press and Comcast SportsNet. 

Kyle has covered eight World Series, seven All-Star Games and two World Baseball Classics and appears regularly as a guest expert on television networks worldwide, including MLB Network, FanDuel Sports Network, BBC (England), TSN (Canada), NHK (Japan), Sky News (Australia) and Al-Jazeera (Qatar). He has conducted exclusive interviews with many of baseball's biggest starts, including Shohei Ohtani, Aaron Judge, Julio Rodriguez, Ronald Acuña Jr., Mike Trout and Fernando Tatis Jr., and is a noted expert in baseball scouting, player development, strategy and roster analysis.

Kyle and his work have been cited by ESPN, The Athletic, Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Denver Post, Seattle Times and San Diego Union-Tribune, among other major media outlets. He is a member of the Baseball Writers' Association of America and is a Baseball Hall of Fame voter.

Kyle received his bachelor's degree from Arizona State and is completing his MBA at USC's Marshall School of Business. He lives in suburban Los Angeles with his wife, daughter and two rescue dogs.
